This 8.7km loop offers a great walk, taking in the Parc des Morinières, the town's verdant setting, and a stroll along the beaches of Brétignolles sur Mer (la Sauzaie, parée).

1 Head towards Avenue de la Plage. At the second roundabout, turn right and drive through the Parc des Morinières.

2 On your left, you can see the Vendée Miniature tourist site.

3 Cross the roundabout and head towards the Morinières lake, continuing along the path to the beach. When you reach the Sauzaie beach, take the coastal path on your left.

4 Pass in front of the Sainte Véronique rock and then the Parée district.

5 When you arrive in front of the J.M. Perochon restaurant (Hôtel Les Brisants), turn left.

6 Return via boulevard Charles de Gaulle, which links the city centre to the beaches, then avenue de Verdun.
