CarteListe

An optical telegraph station once stood here, but it has long since been destroyed. Take a look at the ruins of the Vigie, dominating this fine viewpoint over the Bremen skyline.

Continue along the menhir path, looking to the right for a clear view of the bell tower of St Martin's Church in the distance, the sea in the background and the Olonne forest to the left: you are 50 metres above sea level, the highest point in Brem sur Mer!

Follow the blue No. 3 signs to La Corde. At the end of the Gîtes de la Corde path, on your right, you'll see the Mulnière Cross with its tourist information sign.

Pass through the villages and farms of La Salibaudière (gîtes) and La Fremière before gradually returning to your starting point.
