La bourrine du bois Juquaud is an authentic collection of reed-covered earthen buildings that bear witness to life in the Marais Breton Vendéen at the beginning of the 20th century: the bourrine and numerous outbuildings. The whole complex is located on a dune ridge with well-preserved vegetation. The exhibition room and projection room complete this special place, giving visitors a better appreciation and understanding of Hilairo's heritage. New for 2023: a trail laid out in the heart of the forest.
