All along this loop, enjoy access to the right bank of the Jaunay and its many picnic areas and panoramic views.
Yours steps
1 The start of this trail is on rue des Goélettes, in the centre of Coëx, in the Gué Gorand car park below the town hall, opposite the garden and the Salle du Parc. Head towards the town centre, passing the church.
2 When you reach Place Georges Clémenceau, turn right onto Rue du Paradis and continue for 1km. Cross the bridge, then turn right onto La Morelière, then La Calinière. Pass a farm, turn right and continue for 1.3 km. Cross the bridge and continue towards Lac du Jaunay.
3 Walk along the edge of the lake for 1 km and enjoy the pleasant, natural surroundings. Once you've passed the inn, turn right and continue straight on for 1.5 km.
4 Go around the campsite to the right, then after 750m turn left. At the intersection, cross the road and take the path. At La Luctière, cross the bridge. The walk continues to the centre of Coëx. If you wish to picnic, before the intersection turn towards the Salle Montebello, where there are picnic tables next to a lake.
5 At the junction, turn left and take a diversion to the Parc Philippe Perrocheau on your right, a lovely public garden with a children's play area and picnic tables. Then return to the Gué Gorand car park at the bottom of the road.
