Set on a rocky outcrop, La Chaize-Giraud offers magnificent views over the River Jaunay. Its 12th-century church, a listed historic monument, is the starting point for your cycling trip.
After a few pedal strokes, the route takes you to the village of Landevieille. This is your chance to appreciate the rural landscapes that enhance the surrounding area.
The icing on the cake is a short trip along the banks of the Jaunay before returning to the church square. This redeveloped site is home to a rich biodiversity.
