The rental for 2 adults consists of an INDEPENDENT BEDROOM of 20 m2 (ground floor) with a 150 x 200 bed located at 7 avenue des Azalées with a private terrace of 10 m2 equipped with a table, chairs, armchairs and an awning. It has a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. The room has a television, small fridge, microwave, electric hob, electric kettle and everything you need for a quick meal. A barbecue is also available. (Charcoal not provided)
Breakfast can be served on your terrace.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Wifi free of charge.
No smoking.
2 bicycles available free of charge.
Possibility to park your car in the courtyard.

Rental price :
For 2 people: €80 for 1 night, including breakfast (€75 without breakfast).
For 1 person is 75 € for 1 night including breakfast (without breakfast: 72 €)
For 2 people is 70 €/Day for 2 nights, breakfast included (Without breakfast: 65 €)
For 1 person is 65 €/Day for 2 nights, breakfast included (Without breakfast : 62 €)
For 2 people: €60 per day for 3 nights or more, including breakfast (without breakfast: €55)
For 1 person is €55 per day for 3 nights or more with breakfast (without breakfast: €52).
We accept a couple with a baby or young child (bed not provided) at no extra charge.
Priority in July and August for bookings of 2 nights.
Tourist tax is €0.80 per person per day.
