House located 1.3 km from the Parée Préneau beach and 850 m from the Sion sur l'Océan forest. The accommodation comprises a living room (wood-burning stove), a kitchen (slightly sloping ceiling, 1.80 m at its lowest point), three bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed) (1 x 160cm bed) (1 x 90cm bed, access to a storeroom), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard at the front of the house for parking, a shed with 3 bicycles and a shaded terrace.

To the rear, a 17m² covered terrace and enclosed garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue). A small step is required to enter the house. The gîte adjoins two houses, one of which is a holiday home. The gîte is 3 km from the Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie pier to Ile d'Yeu and 31 km from the Noirmoutier bridge.
Wood provided free of charge by the owner.

Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €110/stay; Sheet hire: €15/bed/stay; Towel hire: €5/person/stay. Additional charges: Tourist tax; Electric heating based on meter reading (deduction of 8 kWh per day for current consumption, to be paid on site). Extra charge for professionals: End-of-stay cleaning: €130/stay. Additional €5 per day per pet.
