House located 900m from Sion Sur l'Océan beach (sailing school, mickey club and bowling), the Pays de Monts forest and Saint Hilaire de Riez railway station.
The village, with its shops and twice-weekly market selling local produce, is within walking distance (1200m).

The area offers walks along the Corniche Vendéenne, entertainment in the port of St Gilles Croix de Vie, thalassotherapy in St Jean de Mont, the Ile d'Yeu and Noirmoutier and much more...
The house can accommodate up to 5 people.
It comprises a living room with a wood-burning stove, a separate kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and induction hob.
Sleeping facilities include a first bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a third bedroom with a single bed (90 cm), a bathroom with shower and separate WC.
For your outdoor moments, you can enjoy a large wooden terrace under the courtyard at the back of the house, with a dining area and barbecue.
The enclosed courtyard in front of the house has two parking spaces.
We have 3 bicycles, various beach games, a cot, a high chair and deckchairs.
