- 1 laundry room, nursery, large storage cupboard, washing machine and tumble dryer under the work surface to accommodate a baby changing mat, large sink,

- Terrace side: south-east facing, garden furniture for 12 people, 1 barbecue, 2 parasols, 5 chairs, 2 benches, 2 hammocks,
