The Trousseminette is the typical aperitif in Vendée, the fruit of the pleasing marriage between the wine of Brem, the Brem's brandy, black thorns of Brem and sugar, after a soaking of 12 to 15 days.

The red and white Trousseminette are distancing themselves by their quality and the authencity of their components : ... in majority, black thorns collected by hand, some wines from Vendée, mainly from Brem-sur-Mer ( Cabernet franc and Cabernet-Sauvignon : for the red Trousseminette and Chemin for the white Trousseminette ), a brandy of wine made locally from wine dregs of these same wines, sugar and few secret components in the magic pot complete harmoniously the mix and make the difference.
