The Pauline 85 garden, located in Coëx in the Vendée (85) produces edible flowers and fresh herbs. Since 2019, more than 3,000 varieties of plants have lived together in this 2,600m² permaculture garden.
One-hour visits on Mondays at 10am and 4pm.
Learn about agroforestry and permaculture gardening practices.
Along the way, you'll sample the flowers and herbs of the moment, as well as plants with unusual tastes. At the end of the tour, you'll be offered a practical workshop on taking cuttings, which you can take home with you.

On the 1st Monday of each month (April to September): discovery of edible wild flora, by reservation (48 hours in advance).
Mondays and Wednesdays (April to September): guided tours of Pauline's garden, by prior arrangement (48 hours in advance).
From late April to early May: sale of ratatouille plants, herbs and black garlic.
