Les Petits Cagniotes, Biscuiterie de Noirmoutier, welcome you to their pretty shop opposite the tourist office in St Gilles Croix de Vie, place de la gare.
Those with a sweet tooth will be delighted by two essential Vendée specialities: the famous little biscuits (more than thirty sweet and savoury aperitifs), and the authentic caramel with fleur de sel. All homemade in our workshop on the island of Noirmoutier by real chefs, using traditional family recipes, exceptional local ingredients and a love of good things.
Sweet biscuits and aperitifs, salted butter caramel, jams, chocolates, brioche, confectionery and desserts. The chefs at Petits Cagniotes get up early every day to concoct the very best home-made recipes using exceptional ingredients, free from colouring agents and preservatives, selected for their high quality and locality.
