Michael Edwards, also known as "Eddie", "Ed", "Poca Luz" and "The Ugly", is twelve years old and lives in a small town in England. One evening, by chance, he watches the Winter Olympics on television. It was a revelation: one day he would represent his country at this global sporting event.

But how can he compete when he comes from a country where winter sports don't exist, when his own family opposes his choice, when he's already way behind his rivals and when he can't even afford to train?

"Fly Eddie, fly!" tells the true story of an extraordinary destiny. What if believing in your lucky star was the best way to achieve your dreams?
