EXPOSITION “Surf en eaux Turquoises”

Photographer Valérie Chevillon presents us with her poetic, uncluttered vision of surfers' movements. A series of astonishing shots, all in movement, where photography verges on watercolour, and the sea is adorned in turquoise tones.

"They (the surfers) are fascinating. To watch them is to witness a graphic ballet exuding a myriad of emotions and values, sometimes antagonistic, but often complementary: eagerness and patience, individualism and solidarity, respect and competitive spirit, self-satisfaction and disappointment, perseverance, willpower, self-sacrifice, friendship, community spirit, and above all: fun!
