The shuttle service between the airport and the train station
You can get to the airport from Nantes town centre or you can leave the airport via the town centre and the train station, using public transport networks.
This service is available 7 days a week (except the 1st May), every 20 minutes, from Monday to Saturday
The timetable:
- Departures from the town centre from 5:30am to 10:30pm.
- Departures from the airport from 6:15am to 10:45pm
And every 30 minutes on Sundays and public holidays.
- Departures from the town centre from 6:15am to 10:45pm.
- Departures from the airport from 7:00am to 11:45pm.
The shuttle stop is outside the terminal building, opposite the entrance to check-in desks D.
The journey takes around 20 minutes (estimated time, depending on traffic).

There are TER (regional trains) between Nantes train station and the train station in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.

By train
There are two SNCF train stations in the Pays de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie: in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez (railway stop) and in the town centre of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
To get to other towns such as Brétignolles-sur-Mer, Givrand, and Brem-sur-Mer, you can take bus 568 ‘Aléop’ from the train station in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
By car
The eurotunnel
If you choose to use the Eurotunnel, you can cross the English Channel on a shuttle in 1 hour. You can drive your own vehicle onto the shuttle, with up to 9 people.
