To ensure you get freshly-prepared quality fillings, we pay particular attention to the choice of products (flour, eggs, fruit, vegetables, etc.). The buckwheat flour galette is made by hand. Our various galettes are made with fresh produce. We also have an environmental approach, favouring labels for fair-trade fishing, responsible aquaculture... and we sort our waste responsibly, while trying to minimise it.
