CIRCUIT AUTOUR DE SAINT GILLES CROIX DE VIE

First, the route takes you to the Corniche Vendéenne, a wild setting of cliffs and coves, where you can pause to admire the Grosse Terre fire and the Villa de Grosse Terre up close. After a pleasant descent, the Boisvinet district and its villas from the belle époque open the gates to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Further on, the fishing port awaits your arrival. Here you can see the many small fishing boats that line the quays. After your visit to the Croix de Vie district, the Concorde bridge leads you to Vieux Saint Gilles. Once past the Port Fidèle quay, you'll come face to face with the River Jaunay and its dunes. The return to Saint Hilaire de Riez is punctuated by a visit to its salt marshes and national forest.
