Chant'Appart concert
The town is joining forces with the Chants'Sons association to host its first Chant'Appart! The association has built its unique position in the cultural landscape by developing a local project based on the involvement of local residents. Every year, in February and March, the Chant'Appart festival brings chanson to people's homes, in nearly a hundred 'small' venues across the Pays de la Loire region. The hosts move the furniture out of the living room, make room for microphones and projectors, and in short, transform private spaces into public performance halls, with a friendly atmosphere between artists and spectators...
MAÏA BAROUH
A Franco-Japanese singer, flautist, songwriter and arranger of great freedom. Maïa's musical universe is unique. She mixes traditional Japanese singing (which she calls "Nippon blues") with electro, pop and rap on lyrics written in French and Japanese. Her modernity comes from her ability to blend her ancestral musical heritage with contemporary sounds, and to marry her two cultures with the energy of a punk shaman!
VALENTINE LAMBERT
With Le Silence, her debut album, Valentine takes up the challenge of inventing a "French folk" that's off the beaten track, and incorporates her love of pop. Le Silence smacks of road-trip and indolent joie de vivre, while Valentine builds a bridge between France and the American West.
Concert length: 2h20 with intermission, followed by a pot de l'amitié.
Booking recommended for the workshop.
