Photographic exhibition on the Promenade Marie de Beaucaire.

This project is part of Marc Roger's Permanance Artistique et Culturelle programme.

"Of all the teeth of time, the one that works the hardest is man's pickaxe. Man is a rodent, everything under him changes and alters, either for the better or for the worse... The scar of human labour is visible on the divine work... Man, this living thing in the short term, this perpetual dying thing, undertakes the infinite... Everything limits Man, but nothing stops him. He responds to the limit by stepping over it. The impossible is an ever-receding frontier. Homo Edax (The Rodent Man) in L'Archipel de la Manche (1883) - Victor Hugo.

Exhibition with commentary by Marc Roger on 21 September at 4pm - Meet near the Passeur ambarcadère.
