The Espace et Vie Bretignolles-sur-Mer senior residence is nestled in the heart of an exceptional ocean landscape, just a few kilometres from Les Sables-d'Olonne and Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The seniors' residence offers 86 flats and 12 detached houses, all fully furnished and equipped.
Each home offers comfort, security and peace of mind, with fully-equipped kitchens, bathrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility and private outdoor spaces such as balconies, loggias or terraces. Services such as the restaurant and entertainment area, among others, are located on the ground floor, providing a dynamic environment and meeting places accessible to all our residents. At Espace et Vie, we believe that conviviality and self-fulfilment are achieved through varied and enriching activities that are co-constructed with our residents. A team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to meet all day-to-day needs (help getting up and going to bed, washing, dressing, etc.) to ensure the safety and assistance of our residents. What's more, residents can take advantage of the residence's services (catering, entertainment, etc.) and vast dedicated communal areas.
