Daytime culinary workshops - open to all.

ON THE PROGRAMME :

- Sunday 13 October: Grignote game
From 3.30pm to 6.30pm, you'll find a whole host of gastronomy-related games. Something for everyone! TAC TIK tournament and Ludo steak imitation area.
And also: Let's cook a snack, children's workshops. For children aged 8 and over, led by Serge (pancakes, muffins, tarts, etc.).

- Tuesday 15 October: From rock to plate, seaweed on the table
From 9.30am to 1.30pm in a workshop led by Michel Pelé, then at 2pm departure for Paracou beach by mini bus for a guided tour of "seaweed".
Return at 5.30pm. Price: €6 / Places limited to 8 people

- Wednesday 16 October: FOOD ART
For teenagers, reserved for members of the youth centre. Starting at 2pm, contact Manon, Youth Leader.

- Thursday 17 October: INDIAN MEAL
9.30am - 1.30pm Workshop led by Jean-Claude: A treat to come! Ghee, Paneer, Naans and Cheese Naans, Creamy Paneer Curry, ... Rose Syrup with Cardamom

- Friday 18 October: VEGAN EXPRESS
From 9.30am to 1.30pm Workshop led by Sarah . Your children or grandchildren arrive without warning and only eat vegan food. Don't panic, Sarah has put together a quick but tasty vegan express meal for you! Lentil dahl with fragrant rice, banana and coconut ice cream or raspberry ice cream (no ice cream maker needed!), spread or a small vegetable cheese made from nuts.
Price: €3 - Places limited to 8 people

- Friday 18 October: 2pm - 4.30pm at the Espace Jeunesse: Peel, cut and cook all those vegetables you've been meaning to throw away. Bring your peeler, an apron and a good mood!

- Saturday 19 October: 10am-12pm => Soup bottle sales on the Place Kergoustin market,
Free prices and information on food waste.

- Saturday 19 October at 3.30pm: SPECTACLE BARBU at the Salle tropiques Centre Socioculturel.
Between humorous songs and boisterous music, the two youngest members of the Barbu family actively defend the right to be silly and have fun! Julien Barbu and his sister Little Barbu have created a show in their bedroom that will make you spit peas out of your nose!
Reservations recommended, limited capacity for 3-8 year olds (€1/child - €3/adult) - Children must be accompanied by an adult.
