LES MÉDIÉVALES DE COMMEQUIERS

The magnificent castle, which serves as our backdrop, will be alive with wandering troupes, knights' tournaments, archers' competitions, sword fights, a trebuchet, fire-eaters, not forgetting the musicians of "la belle aurore", who will be playing medieval music, and many other troupes who will transport you back to the feudal era.

Throughout the weekend, there will be costumed extras, attractions for all the family, shops and games for children. You can also discover the local flora and fauna, now and in the past!

In the small theatre, you'll be treated to skits performed by actors from the Friends of the Old Château. Then, as night falls on Saturday evening, the castle will be set ablaze!

Catering will be available during the festivities, and you can quench your thirst in the tavern, sample local produce and enjoy the elixir of the castle, served to you by the "merry lurons".

For a whole weekend, you'll be transported to another era...

At the entrance, you'll be given a booklet containing all the information you need. On site, you'll find all the facilities you need, including toilets, a first-aid post and useful information.
