- Swimming lessons :
Monday to Saturday in a heated indoor pool, come and master the aquatic environment. 3 years/5 years: discover water, learn to save yourself.
From 5/6 years: learn to swim breaststroke.
6 years and over: learning the 4 strokes, improving.
Adults: improving all strokes, aquaphobia, aquagym.
