ECOLODGE L’AUZANCE

Welcome to the seaside in a contemporary, bioclimatic wooden house with 140m² of living space, just 5 minutes by bike from the beach and 200 metres from the shops.
During your stay, you and your family or friends can make the most of the bikes available, the shared garden of around 1,500m² with its children's games (trampoline, swing, slide), vegetable garden, greenhouse and henhouse.

Come and discover the great beaches of the Vendée coast and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Natura 2000 area of the "Dunes, forest and marshes of Olonne". Small shops and the market are just 200 m away on foot, and the Dunes beach is just 1.8 km away. Nearby, enjoy a stroll and children's play area in the wooded Parc des Genêts. The many cycle paths and mountain bike trails, ideal for sporting holidays, are a great way to discover the region. 12 km to the south, you can visit the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne, and 15 km to the north, you can visit the fishing port of St Gilles Croix de Vie.

The house comprises :

- A large living room with table and chairs (seats 8), sofa, coffee table, pellet stove.
- A home cinema area with DVD player, hi-fi system, bookshelves and a pull-out bed sleeping 2 (90x200).
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with oven, 5-burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- A utility room with microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hoover, food processor and organic cleaning products.
- A master bedroom with queen-size bed 160x200, large wardrobe, shower room with walk-in shower (hairdryer, organic soap and shampoo) and separate WC.
- A bedroom with queen-size bed 160x200 and large wardrobe.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds and a large wardrobe.
- A room opening onto the sleeping area with 1 sofa bed 140x200.
- A bathroom with bath and shower (hairdryer, organic soap and shampoo).
- A second separate toilet.
- A large 60 m² wooden terrace with pergola, sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue.

Access for travellers :

On arrival, you can park your car in a private car park next to the house. If you arrive early or leave late, you can leave your luggage here.

Exchanges with travellers :

I will be available to hand over the keys and show you around the house. If you need me, I'll be happy to share some good ideas for walks and other tips. Don't hesitate to ask!

Other comments :

- Household linen is provided, bed linen (beds made), small and large towels, table towels, tea towels and glass towels as well as basic necessities (liquid soap/shower shampoo, sponge, washing-up liquid, tablets, groceries).
- An end-of-stay cleaning service is available (extra charge).
- Internet access is free (Wifi).
- Bicycles, a children's trailer and a children's bicycle seat are available on a self-service basis. Surfboards are available on request.
- Baby equipment (high chair, cot, bath) is available.
- Arrivals are from 5pm and departures from 10am.
- Please do not exceed the number of people indicated at the time of booking and inform me in advance of any visitors.

Bookings :

For all booking requests, please indicate the number of passengers (adults and children) and your dates of stay.
- Weekly bookings during the summer holidays.
- The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people. A supplement of €15/pers/day will be applied for more than 6 people.
- A 5% discount is granted for early bookings made at least 6 months in advance.
- The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals (with proof).
- The tourist tax is included in the rental price.
