Come and celebrate this little silver fish!
Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie's sardine is the emblem of the seaside town, and its popularity is growing all the time: it was the first wild fish to be awarded the Label Rouge, and Saint-Gilles sardine fishing is also listed as part of France's Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Lunch from 11.30am to 3pm and dinner from 6pm to 10pm:
> grilled sardines, sausages, merguez sausages, fish soup, langoustines, chips and pastries.
