Discover the pleasures of the great beach of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, using equipment adapted to the discovery of this sport. Open to all, you'll be supervised by our qualified instructors on marked courses.
1h30 session on the main beach of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie.
For children aged 8 and over.
On the programme: preparing the float, using the sail, steering, moving forward, slowing down and knowing how to stop safely. Bring a windbreaker, closed shoes and cycling or gardening gloves (helmet provided).
